Rothesay Drive

This bespoke new home showcases BPM's involvement from the earliest design ideas through to the completed build. Working closely with the client, we helped shape every element of the property, bringing together its architectural character, layout and finishes into one considered design. The result is a distinctive home that combines a striking exterior with spaces designed around everyday living.

Throughout the home, careful attention to space, light and materials creates a sense of continuity. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas form a welcoming centrepiece, with generous glazing connecting the interior to the garden. BPM helped bring these elements together, balancing individual features with a cohesive approach to the whole home.

BPM project managed every element of the build, coordinating the work and maintaining an exceptionally high standard throughout. From the main structure to the staircase, lighting and finishing details, each stage received the same care and attention. This comprehensive approach carried the original vision through to completion, creating a home where the quality of the work is evident in every room.

At Rothesay Drive, the kitchen brings together practical working space and carefully coordinated finishes. The central island, warm timber tones and architectural lighting give the room a distinctive character while connecting it to the wider living space. BPM helped bring these elements together as part of a home designed around everyday life.

The lounge offers a comfortable retreat, with soft lighting, a striking fireplace and integrated cabinetry creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. BPM's attention to the relationship between construction, lighting and finishes helped bring the room together, creating a space equally suited to quiet evenings and time with family.

The dressing area combines generous storage with a carefully considered use of space. Tall cabinetry, reflective surfaces and integrated lighting complement the shape of the room, bringing practical function and visual detail together. BPM helped coordinate these elements so the space feels like a natural continuation of the home's interior.

The bedroom brings a quieter mood to the home, with gentle lighting and a soft palette creating a restful setting. Careful attention to the room's proportions and finishing details provides a welcoming backdrop for the client's furnishings. It reflects BPM's wider approach to the project: balancing distinctive design with the comfort of everyday living.

The bathroom pairs a freestanding bath with warm timber cabinetry, elegant fittings and striking veined surfaces. Each element contributes to a calm, cohesive space that combines everyday practicality with a sense of luxury. BPM coordinated the work through to the finishing details, carrying the quality of the wider build into this private part of the home.
